Zyntony, Inc., in coordination with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, is issuing a voluntary recall of certain Kogalla-branded BP125, BatPack 2F, and BatPak 3F rechargeable USB power banks.
BP125, BatPak 2F, and BatPak 3F rechargeable USB power banks with 6,700 mAh, 13,400 mAh, or 20,100 mAh lithium-ion batteries sold exclusively direct to consumer separately and with trail lights on Kogalla.com during the dates in the table below. Only those power banks sold during the dates below are subject to the recall. Power banks shipped outside these dates, including power banks with the same model numbers, are not subject to this recall.

Zyntony, Inc. recently discovered that the power banks manufactured by Shenzhen Blue Times Technology Co., Ltd. contain lithium-ion batteries that can overheat and ignite, even when not in use, posing fire and burn hazards.
1. Immediately identify whether you have one or more of the Units.
2. Immediately stop use of the Unit(s).
Do NOT use the Unit(s).
Do NOT charge the Unit(s).
3. Dispose of the Unit(s). Please dispose of the Unit(s) in accordance with local and state regulations and ordinances, following the procedures established by your municipal recycling center for lithium batteries, as these batteries may be handled differently than other batteries.
Do NOT throw the battery in the trash.
Do NOT deposit the battery in used recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores.

A: The Kogalla logo is printed on the front of the power banks. The model number appears on the back of the power banks. Power banks model BP125 have a black USB-A jack and models BatPak 2F and BatPak 3F have orange USB-A jacks.
